Crochet Beach Cover Up Pattern

crochet-cover-up-pattern

The perfect cover up should always be on hand when you go on the beach. You can make this cover up dress from short to maxi length, with long sleeves or sleeveless style. Just choose your own style and start to crochet!

Materials:

Yarn: Gazzal Baby Cotton  60% Cotton, 40% Acrylic, 246 yards / 50 grams, Sport / 5 ply – 8 skeins

Crochet Hook: 2 mm

Stitches Used: ch-chain, sl st-slip stitch, sc-single crochet, dc-double crochet, bobble st-bobble stitch.

Size: M (for a larger size make more rounds or make more squares, for smaller size crochet less rows)

Square : 9″ or 23 cm

I’ve crocheted 15 rounds for the square. For those who can’t read diagrams I’ve made the written instruction here (20 rounds).

Make 10 squares = 4 front + 4 back + 2 sleeves.

Love this pattern, but would like to make it as a reg. Sweater, not off the shoulders. Could you provide me with those instructions? I would greatly appreciate it.

i love this cover up but that’s so much work and I suck at any type of sewing. I hate motifs:( but this is something that could really challenge me! Goodness it’s gorgeous.

Hi just a quick question,,, when doing the neck do you do the pattern first on the front then f/o and join to the back part and do it again so that it’s not joined around,,, thank you in advance :)

I love this! As I always say, it is the one that can write the patterns that are truly gifted. Thank you so much for sharing.

Howdy…. I loved making this pattern. It turned out great and my daughter loves it….. only one thing is that there are no notes/instructions if you wish to make it as a tank top… or for the neck finish shown on the last two pictures. So I improvised through trial and error.

Hi! I’m really in love with this pattern but I can’t read the diagram and the link is broken. Is there any way that can be fixed so the written part for the motif is up? Thank you!!! – Jen
