Yarn: YarnArt Carnevale (100 grams/175 meters, 98% Acrylic, 2% Elastane), YarnArt Charisma (100 grams/ 200 meters, 80% Wool, 20% Acrylic)
Crochet Hook: 4 mm

ch – chain, st – stitch, sl st – slip stitch, sc – single crochet, dc – double crochet, fpdc – front post double crochet, bpdc – back post double crochet
If you have some left over yarn you can easily to make these cute owl mittens. I used YarnArt Carnevale and YarnArt Charisma but you can use any kind of yarn. As a rule, you should add a minimum of 2 cm to your wrist size. Measure your wrist with a piece of string, and then measure that string with a ruler. Then, add 2-3 centimeters to your wrist measurement. My wrist is 16 cm + 2 cm = 18 cm (32 chains).
ch-32, join in ring with sl st to the first ch
Round 1: ch-3, dc in each ch around, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 2-6: ch-3, * fpdc in next dc, bpdc in next dc, repeat from * around, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 7-10: attach the blue yarn, ch-3, dc in each st around, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 11: ch-3, dc in each st, making a hole for the thumb (do not crochet the last st)
Round 12: ch-3, turn, dc in each st across
Round 13: ch-3, dc in each st across, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 14-17: ch-3, dc in each st around, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 18: attach the colourful yarn, ch-3, * fpdc in next dc, bpdc in next dc, repeat from * around, join with sl st to top of ch-3. If you want, you can also sc around the thumb hole.
Make second mitten in the same way
Then make owls and sew them to the mittens.
