If you’re looking for a crochet pineapple vest pattern, you’ve just found it! I got so many requests to make something wearable using the pineapple pattern. I had some pumpkin yarn color and use it to feel the Halloween spirit. Hope you will like my new design!

MATERIALS:

Yarn: Drops Paris, 100% Cotton/ 10 ply / aran / worsted Weight/50 g /75 m – 382 grams, 8 skeins

Crochet Hook: 4 mm

Gauge: 10 x 10 cm = 17 sts x 22 rows

Stitches Used: ch – chain, sl st – slip stitch, sc – single crochet, dc – double crochet,

Size: S-XS, length – 64 cm (25 1/4 in) + fringe 8 cm (3 1/4 in), width – 42 cm (16 1/2 in), pineapple – width 14 cm (5 1/2 in) x length 13 cm (5 in), you can easily adjust the pattern to any size, please read more about it below

Rep Rows 2-13 until you reach the desired length, I crocheted 4 pineapples and finished with Row 12

Front part (2 details)

(XS-S sizes) – 2 details, 1 rapport, ch-26 and repeat the pineapple pattern (finish with Row 12)

(M-L sizes) –  2 details, 2 rapports, ch-46 and repeat the pineapple pattern (finish with Row 12)

(XL-XXL sizes) – 2 details, 3 rapports, ch-66 and repeat the pineapple pattern (finish with Row 12)

(XXXL size) – 2 details, 4 rapports, ch-86 and repeat the pineapple pattern (finish with Row 12)

Sew the front parts with the back part as you can see on the photo below.

FRINGE

Make 2 rows of sc around front parts, bottom and armholes.
