As I promised earlier, I’ve made a tutorial for this awesome lace scarf. But I’ve started with another yarn because previous yarn (pink) is too thin for winter. So, it can wait till spring :) For this scarf I’ve used the same as in two projects what I’ve made during this year. You can to see them here and here. I love how soft and warm it is. The special feature of this tutorial is turning rows.  While crocheting a row you should always turning your work. The result should be 2 rows of sc around each ch-7 spaces (except the first row).

Materials:

Yarn: YarnArt Carnevale (100 grams/175 meters, 98% Acrylic, 2% Elastane), YarnArt Charisma (100 grams/ 200 meters,  80% Wool, 20% Acrylic)

Crochet Hook: 4 mm

Abbreviations:

ch – chain, st – stitch, sl st – slip stitch, sc – single crochet, dc – double crochet,  fpdc – front post double crochet, bpdc – back post double crochet

Row 1: ch-7,

dtc in the first ch,

ch-1, turn, 9 sc in ch-7 space,

turn, 11 sc in next 9 sc

* ch-13,

dtc in the 7th  ch from the hook,

ch-1, turn, 9 sc in ch-7 space, turn, 11 sc in next 9 sc, repeat from * as many times as you need;

repeat from * as many times as you need;

turn, ** 10 sc in next 11 sc, ch-6,

repeat from ** to the end of the row.

Row 2: ch-9,  sl st in the 4th sc,

ch-7, tc in the first sc,

ch-1, turn, 11 sc in ch-7 space,

turn, 11 sc in next 11 sc,

* ch-6,  sl st in the 4th sc,

ch-7, tc in the first sc, ch-1, turn, 11 sc in ch-7 space, turn, 11 sc in next 11 sc,

repeat from * to the end of the row,
